What do you charge?

Homes are unique and many people are looking for different installations. We are able to avoid communication mistakes and misunderstandings by sticking to a strict per-linear foot pricing method. That means you pay by the amount of lights that go up. The price per foot goes down over 25% after the first season when we custom build strands for your home. Do you use your lights or mine?

In a way the answer is both. We no longer install used lights from new customers. We only use commercial grade custom fit c9, c7 and mini lighting that we sell or rent to you. On occasion we make an exception for customers who have had commercial grade custom fit lights built and installed by another company, however we may require to see those lights before we install and may not have the inventory to match and maintain those lights.

When should I schedule my Christmas light installation?

We start lighting up neighborhoods early October. You can choose to wait to turn them as long as you want, but we suggest starting up your Christmas spirit as soon as possible because our schedule fills quickly!

What if my light aren’t working?

All maintenance is included in our cost of installation. If there's a bulb or strand out, we'll come replace it at no cost to you

Do I get to keep the lights?

As of 2023, we are only offering purchases to our previous customers due to limited inventory. If you rent lights from us, we store them in a bin with your name and installation instructions in our database so we can install more quickly and consistently following seasons. Rentals belong to us and we are constantly upgrading, recycling and maintaining this inventory to offer the best possible lights at the price point on the market.

What kind of lights do you use?

We provide customized C9 12 inch spaced E17 base commercial grade light strands with retro-fit LED C9 bulbs that stay lit if other bulbs go out. We also offer the same style of lights in a C7 sized bulb that puts out a very similar amount of light with a lower physical profile. We also provide mini lights to accent landscape features, trees, columns, railings, and anything else you want lights on that has a way to put lights on it. The minis are not color customizable, they come in warm white, multi-color, red or green. We can also offer a variety of other colors of minis upon request. The C9s and C7s are customizable and can have any color pattern you can imagine using the colors and styles of bulbs we provide. Currently in inventory we offer warm white, red, green, blue, teal, orange, yellow, pink, and purple. 

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a discount of 10% to all veterans and senior citizens. 

Do you take them down?

Yes, we sure do. We remove the lights that we installed by the end of the second week in January.

Are you insured?

Indeed. We are licensed as a Limited Liability Company and insured for up to one million dollars for any incident involving harm to your person or property.
