Every home is unique, so we can't give an exact price without reviewing your project. Most homes fall within 100-200 feet to complete the front rooflines and gutters.
New customers receive a custom bid, not a standard per-foot rate. Your bid considers linear footage, lighting design, materials, custom fitting, installation complexity, accessibility and safety requirements. First-year pricing includes commercial-grade LED lighting customized to your home, professional installation, seasonal maintenance, removal and off-season storage. Send us a photo of your home with your ideas. If your home is visible online, we can also discuss it by phone.
Returning customers are charged based on the exact linear footage of their existing customized lighting, currently $4.50 per linear foot. Annual service includes installation, seasonal maintenance, removal and storage.
Customers who want to purchase additional footage or bulbs, please inquire for details.

Minis for Bushes, Trees, or Columns: $2.25 per linear foot
